Please Kindly Read this before you book an appointment

* Deposit Requirements

* We require a non-refundable $40 deposit to secure your appointment slot.

* The deposit is included in the total balance. Balance is to be paid in cash, cashapp .

* Your deposit will ONLY be refunded if you cancel your appointment 24 hours before your appointment or an error occurs on our end. If you cannot make your appointment for any reason, your deposit can be used for a future appointment slot.

Absolutely, NO REFUNDS

* If you have any questions or concerns regarding your hair, bring it up before you leave the seat! Any concerns must be addressed within 24 hours of installation.

Cancellations

* If you need to reschedule an appointment by calling us on  2024176949 24 hours before appointment time.

Tardiness

 If you are running late, please notify us via a phone call or text message NB: Not on social media.

No show Appointments

* No show appointments will not receive their deposit back

Your hair must be 4′ (inches) long, washed and blown dry straight before service. No oils in your hair.
Styles can not be changed on the day of your appointment. Do not book for a full service if you are getting touch up.
